Hinduja for bachelors

Remarks :

Yes.About the college the environment is too noisy. There is no college campus. And the college is a ciggarette hub.if you wanna learn smoking please go yo hinduja.young champs in peer pressure or with the synergy of colege starts smoking

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is very basic.its too old from current market laws methods in practice. Exam structure is quite effective.there are 2 sems each year.though checking of papers is not effective. We can study one day before and get pass with. Grade.

Placement Experience :

No there are no internships for bcom. Other courses like bmm baf bms have internships program in the 3rd year. Students are called merit wise. Banking and finance cos often come for interviews.so j

College Events :

Hinduja college is famous for events. Panaah the biggest event hosted by college is famous in mumbai.different students from colleges all over mumbai participate in the event. Even cultural and language events take place.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fees are quite cheaper than compared to other colleges.there are two option you can opt for aided or unided in aided the govt bears the costs while in unaided the cost is higher as ni expenses are beared by govt

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The college dkes not provide any loan facilities.but though it has got scholarships but it comes with many restrictions like you have tp attend fpr min 75% lectures.u have to get exemption on all sems. However college does not take initiative to let the students know about the scholarships

Campus Life :

Hinduja is a hotspot for sports. No matter about academics the sports backgroud of college is worth talking.thegymkhana which handes sports is good.football cricket volleyball carrom chess badmintion tabletennis.almost most sports are lracticed in hinduja.Players are given allowan e bht not sufficient and the sport incharge does fraud in distrubuting allowan e

Alumni/Alumna :

No they are not coming to hinduja i thought it was a college which we see in movies.but its nothing like that.only hinduja has got the goodwill i dont know for what. It is thogh one of the top colleges but overrated

Admission :

Th admission was on merit list basis provided by the govt, 12th pass students were required to fill a long lenghty, one single form in which we had to opt multiple colleges as per our choice and then dates of merit list to be announced were given. Total 3 merit list were given and in each you were given one college based on your marks and caste category.

Faculty :

The faculty is good.though they need to keep updated with their knowledge. Some faculties specially for bcom are too old. They are not even worth it.the female teachers are very good as compared to the males

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is good. They keep their exams well scheduled. The teachers are average and won't say they are great as they don't put much effort because 90% of classes are empty after the first few weeks. Yes there is no minimum attendance But talking about our English teacher she has a PhD in English and speaks well although out of three math teachers. The exams were moderate as compared to NM mithai and Podar. And it wasn't that difficult to pass. Although the invigilators won't leave the classroom for a single second during exams which would make it difficult for copying.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The internal exams are very important to give and also it is very difficult to pass in internals. In the exam, the supervisors are also 2 in each class and they are also very strict. No student can copy in this college. The faculties are also highly educated and their teaching method is also very good. The college has 2 computer labs also.

Placement Experience:

The placement is provided at the end of the particular course. At the time of 6th-semester placement, opportunities are provided to the students of our college. The company that has been visited our college was Cipla, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and many more. Almost every year 70% of students get placement from our college.

Placement Experience:

The college has good opportunities for the student's placement cell which objects to prepare students for difficulties. Some of the companies that visited the campus for placements are HDFC Bank Aditya Birla capital. 42 to 60% of students got placements in campus placement. My plan degree is to pursue MBA from SP Jain College.

Placement Experience:

Final year students become eligible for campus placements from semester 5. There are quite a lot of companies that visit. From companies in the Big 4 to Taj, Wipro etc. I did not sit for campus placements so I am not sure about the number of offers made, salary packages and percentage of students getting placed as well. My plan after getting my degree is to pursue Master's in Business Management.

Remarks:

The college timing should be made more consistent. At least a fixed schedule must be set. Especially the duration of lectures, sometimes we have same subject for two consecutive hours which turns out to be too much.
