Remarks :

College is about time management and ones ability to put school before a keg party. Take that night to go and sit in the library, go sit under that tree on a nice day and read ahead for a class. There are ways to study that make it enjoyable and this is what will get you by.

Placement Experience :

Small companies are came good packages, like global soft solutions, capital info solutions etc 2015 june totally 5 companies came total 58 students are selected got a offer letter immediately good packages the figure of package is 2.5k/a, 3.6k/a.

College Events :

The fest of St.Johns college os engg & tech in Surathkal a was started in 80ﾒs and with every passing year touches a level of grandeur never touched before. What is attractive here is the private beach with a light house, where you can always relax after a busy day participating in the plethora of events organized. It has promising competitions and magnanimous performances. A number of beach sports, video game events, adventure sports and other such exciting events are organize.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

JNT University is committed to making quality education more affordable. The Office of Admissions and Scholarships (OAS) is ready to help those who wish to avail of scholarships, loans, and other types of financial assistance.

Campus Life :

If you are looking for world class facilities and the ability to use them, you have come to the right place. SJCET has very good lab facilities and students are encouraged to use them as much as they can for projects (there's a caveat here which i'll get to later) and other non-curricular activities. SJCET is increasingly orienting itself to a more research focused college with CoE's and other interesting lab facilities coming up all over campus. There's also a conscious shift of focus from purely academic subjects to more research based learning. The experiment is in its initial stages and may yet fail, but its a step in the right direction.

Hostel Facilities :

The mess arrangement of the hostel is compulsory for all the inmates without any exception i.e, no student is allowed to stay in the hostel without being a member of mess. When the hostels have excess demand for accommodation and is unable to provide accommodation to all the applicants, the students who find accommodation nearby may be permitted to have the mess facility by collecting full charges for that academic year with an undertaking from such students that they shall join the hostels as and when the hostels provide them accommodation. However, this number shall not exceed 25 at any time. Such students has to submit a separate request form in the format provided by paying the prescribed fee and submit the same to the office. Students should sign the mess joining register kept in the mess at the time of joining the mess. Service in the mess shall be between scheduled hours only & closed after lunch on every Saturday for maintenance. The Mess timings are as follows and the students should strictly adhere to these timings.

External Expense : Rs. 4000 - Rs. 7000

Alumni/Alumna :

When choosing colleges, students put a high priority on finding the best academic programs for their field of study. While this is obviously important, another factor that potential students should consider is the alumni network at each of their prospective choices. Alumni networks do more than help fund Alma Maters they become a professional and personal community to aid graduates in advancement throughout the course of their lives. With this in mind, the university or college one chooses for undergraduate, and post-graduate work becomes more than only a place to garner an education. It is also a place to build the foundation for their future.

Faculty :

The course is DIGITAL SIGNAL COMPUTER ELECTRONICS this course is very interested good knowledge, faculty was very nice, very friendly, good understanding, nice campus good environments, nice labs, library is very nice study standards are like university total faculty is PHD candidates.

Remarks:

The campus is provided with hostel facilities, and mess facilities are also available for hostel students and day scholars as well. All the labs are well-equipped with modern technology devices. The campus building has good infrastructure, and the entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. These factors made me want to join in this college.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are good and for computer science its the best. The CSE department has the most placed percentage compared to other departments. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 2 LPA. All types of companies like top MNCs and startups, visit the campus to hire students.

Remarks:

The college has a good campus life with lots of activities. It also promotes equality amongst the students. It has collaborated with top companies for the placements. It is overall at a growing stage and I know this college has a lot of potential.
