Course Curriculum Overview :

The course of our college is good for round development. It involves workshops, seminars, and industrial visits. We chose our specialized areas either in Marketing, Finance, HR, and more. Our exams were conducted at the end of every semester.

Placement Experience :

The placement is still in the growing process and the placement cell is working hard to place a number of students. Big companies like ICICI Bank, Randstad, Dell, Infosys, Wipro, Tata consultancy services, etc. visited our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

MBA is a 2 years course duration with four semesters and the tuition fees for each semester cost Rs.30,000, so in a year it cost Rs.60,000. So as a whole, it cost Rs. 1.2 Lakhs for 2 years. And I think the fees for our college is quite affordable.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Our college provides scholarships to the weak students who have financial issues with their family income. And our college also provides financial loan facility for the students, which is very helpful and convenient for the students.

Campus Life :

Our college held extracurricular activities for the all-round development of the students. They organized industrial and corporate visits at least 3 or 4 times during the course period. They also organized seminars and workshops.

Admission :

I took the TANCET entrance exam then fill out the form and submitted all the required documents. I chose to study an MBA course because I've been wanting to be a business person for so long and I know that it's gonna be good for my career.

Faculty :

I think that the professors at our college are awesome. They are all qualified for their job and are very committed to it as well. They provide us notes and materials and they are always ready to help us whenever we have doubts, they are very supportive and interactive with us.

During our first years we would be studying common subjects for all the specialization in mba. During our 3rd semester we would get our core subjects. The exam is conducted once a month and they do conduct surprise test in the middle.

My MBA from KVIMIS

Admission:

Admission to the college is on a merit basis. I applied with the TANCET entrance exam which is required for admission. Students have to simply apply to the college and appear for the interview round and document verification process. Document verification went smoothly.

Placement Experience:

Placements were pretty ordinary in our college but we received enough assistance from the placement cell. Some good companies do visit our campus for the placement drive but the packages offered were not that good. Citi Bank, Concentrix, Volkswagen, Kotak, etc. were some of the frequent visitors from our campus.

Professional Domain

Admission:

I applied here for the MBA program as I already have 1.5 years of experience and I graduated in Business studies with 74%. Therefore, I gave this TANCET exam conducted by Anna University. The final admission was based on the Scores published by the college authority as well as on the basis of Merit list.

Placement Experience:

Many companies like Accenture, Capgemini as well as HDFC were invited by the college during the campus placement drives and approximately 60% of the students were selected by them. Apart from this, the college also encourages the students to enrich their communication skills and CV by giving them proper training and workshops.

Admission:

Admissions are granted on the basis of merit. I downloaded the application form and submitted the form after filling the appropriate details. College prepares a merit list, on basis of which students are invited for the interview round.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good but not awesome. I was planning to join my family business after MBA, that's why I didn't sit for the placements. But some 10-15 companies, mostly from south itself visit the campus for the placement process.

I am a MBA student here in IMU and I can say that I made the right choice in taking admission in this college since I got placed thanks to my college. I had entered to this college through IMU-CET test in 2013. I decided to take admission here cause this place was really close to my home.
