Remarks :
College administration is not good. Safety of students should be a big concern for college administration to look upto. Recent events at annual fest reverie can't be ignored which can be said are tried by both political and college administration to be ignored.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Bcom hons is a Decent course offered by Delhi University, a large number of students pursue it every year. The course offers wide career options. The exam structure is quite easy with 25 marks for internal and 75 for external exams twice a year.
Placement Experience :
Being a student driven placement cell a decent number of recruitment and internship opportunities are provided. Internship are mostly without stipend but recruitments are offered with average of 3 lacs annually.
College Events :
There are a lot of societies, few of them stand out in Delhi University which conduct a lot of events annually. There is a annual fest reverie which happens in January - February every year. The participation is also massive.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fee structure is Feasible, it stands around average 12k annual without any scholarships, for commerce courses for science is around 15k annually and for humanities is same as commerce. The fee structure is quite affordable being a DU college.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Not much scholarships are available in our college, being a central government regulated college fees are already subsidised but there has been a recent hike in fees in past year still it's a good affordable feasible structure.
Campus Life :
Extracurricular activities offered are wide there are a lot of activities available like sports theatre music dance literature enactus etc. Being a girls college gender ratio is all girls. It is not affiliated dusu.
Hostel Facilities :
No, there is no hostel facilities available, however Paying guest in near by area cost around rupees 10k to 20k monthly. Hostels nearby are available in khan market area which is half and hour away from college.
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes they are helpful. Alumni come for workshops events seminars etc when invited they are of helpful nature but the whole network is student built nothing is supported on this matter by teachers or any other staff member.
Admission :
The admissions are strictly restricted to 12th marks, once your marks are in the bracket of cut off list you can visit the college within 3 days and submit the required documents as per the guidelines of Delhi University, if you wish to switch the college you can do same in next cut off list.
Faculty :
Administration of my college is not good recent incidents had made it worse, students don't feel safe in there own campus, some teachers are supportive but most senior ones are not they definitely need to be changed.
