Remarks :
The college is good. Nothing in the world is perfect so work in developing college should go on. Management staffs are good except a few.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The college has good faculty especially branches like computer science, electronic, microbiology, physics, chemistry. These are the top branches of our college. The college conducts internal exam 2 times a semester and a final exam by University. The internal exam is of 25 and University of 50. Again internal marks have been divided i.e for attendance, viva, theory, practical.
Placement Experience :
Ya, the department of computer science, electronics, physics, microbiology provides placement in college itself. The package goes to 3-5lakh per annum. The noted companies are Wipro, TCS, Infosys of Kolkata.
College Events :
The event of college is many. Freshers party, Vivekananda Jayanti, Vidyasagar Jayanti, national day celebrations, Saraswati puja, annual fest, boson to Utsav i.e holi function.The best are bosonto, freshers and annual fest. Apart from that lots of poetry submits are held.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fees structure is cheap and feasible. It basically depends on your branch. The college displays its course fees on the official website during admission. The highest semester fee is charged by microbiology, fisheries department which is around 7000 per semester. The fee is divided into two-part. Once you have to pay in beginning and the other in end of semester i.e 3500 in beginning and 3500 in end. My branch charge only in 3500.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
No. I have not opted but there are lots of scholarship which you can get. Some are only for West Bengal state student some for all Obc, Sc, St scholarship are also there. And education loan can be given because the fee is quite less.
Campus Life :
The gender ratio is good. The college has a higher number of girls. The college has a good campus with free wifi facilities. It has a canteen, playground, basketball ground, gym, lake, garden. Many indoor game facilities. The yoga room is also available. Labs are well furnished and developed.
Alumni/Alumna :
Ya, the senior is good and friendly. The alumni are working in good company like amazon.some are pursuing higher education in IIT, BHU.NIT.
Admission :
The admission is totally based on the merit list. You must have your aggregate percentage and marks for your subject for which you are opting. The college announces its admission criteria before admission. All branches have their limited seats and only top merits student get those seats.
Faculty :
The faculty divides the course or lesson into lectures which consist actually of 10-12. The teachers senior are helpful and they clear all the doubt which we have. The teachers also let us know the use and applications of our subject and provide us with the best placement.
