Remarks :

The management of the College is very helpful and caring. The staff and other faculties are also very good and caring.

Course Curriculum Overview :

There were several industrial visits organized by the College to hotels such as Holiday inn, Kenilworth, The Leela, etc, the curriculum is very helpful and nicely designed for the students I had learned a lot in theory as well as practical inputs provided by the faculties which really helped during the placement.

Placement Experience :

The placement record of the College is very good and this is one of the reasons to join the Indian Institute of hotel management. Many esteemed organizations visit the college for campus interview such as The Oberoi, Taj, Westin, Hyatt, Holiday inn, The Park Kenilworth, JW Marriott, HHI, etc

College Events :

There are several events celebrated by the College such as Freshers for the first-year students, Annual fest, Foodfest which is held every year with a different theme and cuisine, where eminent personalities from the industry visit the fest to taste the food and interact with the students

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure of the College is very much affordable for students like us. The college is very transparent in its fee structure. There are different ways or modes through which the fees can be paid from time to time like Demand draft, cash, online transfer, etc.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The college offers scholarship opportunities to students. I had taken an education loan where the college helped me immensely.

Campus Life :

There are several extracurricular activities such as debate sessions are held, young chef competitions, etc, apart from this many sports are also held from time to time which really motivates the students, workshops like mocktail and cocktail shows are also held, all are treated equally in the college.

Alumni/Alumna :

The senior students are really very helpful, they showed the right path, and motivated us for the industry, shared their industrial exposure experiences with us and guided us.

Admission :

I always wanted to become a chef so I joined the Indian Institute of Hotel Management Kolkata. This is a very good hotel management college in Kolkata, the College authorities were really very helpful during the admission process, they guided me in every step during the entire process.

Faculty :

The faculties of the College are very knowledgeable and highly educated. As all of them are from the industry hence it is really easy for them to provide inputs of the industry to the students which are very helpful, I gained a lot of knowledge from them. They simplified things and explained to them.
