Remarks :
We have a positive environment in our college and I feel I'm at the best college. We are surrounded with healthy atmosphere all around the college. All facilities are provided including games, canteen, stadium, cultural events and many more.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Our course is under the NTR University, Vijayawada. Based on their rules and regulations we have three internal assessment examination and a final examination along with practicals. We have good out patients number to have good practice and knowledge in treating patients.
Placement Experience :
Yes, We being a dental students don't get opportunity such as jobs directly. We complete our internship for one year, where we are exposed to how the clinics work in the present world. We get a stipend of Rs. 2000 every month.
College Events :
We have our fest, once in a year. We celebrate for almost one week, starting from decorations of our building to the grand event. Various programs are been conducted such as soap carving, dancing, singing, college, quiz, best out of waste, mehandi, cooking without gas, splash and this list goes on.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Feasible. I being a 'A' category student getting a government seat my fees is about 30,000 per annum. And the fees for 'B' and 'C' category varies. Hostel facility are also available along with different set of fee structure.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I have no idea about these scholarship or loans offered by our college. As I get to pay my own money, I have really no idea about them. I even don't have any information about the loans or depts. May be all these facilities are also good in a regular basis.
Campus Life :
We have labs pertaining to all the different department we have, we have ragging squads. We never discriminate either on rave, religion or any such issues. All departments have a common stadium, playground, knowledge resource centres, libraries.
Hostel Facilities :
I'm not a hostel resident, as I being a localite of my city, I travel up and down on a regular basis. As a known information our hostel facilities provided by our college are one of the finest rooms for a student to be comfortable
Alumni/Alumna :
We have good rapo with our senior. They being our seniors help us the best possible way either academically or personally or professionally. They guide us in works and career. They meet us on a regular basis to know our progress in our works.
Admission :
Eamcet exam is conducted state wise and based on those ranks we are given seats either in MBBS or BDS. According to my rank I get an opportunity to decide which college I'm interested in, so I have chosen Gitam as my second priority and I joined.
Faculty :
Our faculty are highly qualified with renowned recognition all over India. We have regular classes and good clinical approach. Our faculty make presentation in best possible way for us to understand. They are friendly and guide us in good direction about our future.
