Remarks :

The College infrastructure can definitely improve. Also the government should provide some financial aid to improve the laboratory supplies and conditions. Otherwise the academic wise the College is the best.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I was satisfied with the curriculum and exam pattern. Yes of course it was a hectic day most of the time. But we also found time to have fan. All in all it was well balanced. The events held throughout the year made sure that we students eased a bit amidst the pressure of exams and journal completion and practicals.

Placement Experience :

There are no campus placements in the College which is one of the drawback. The students have to struggle to find job offers. The job opportunities are good only for a certain part of Goa. There is an internship program for a month which is a part of the College curriculum. But we hardly get any stipend for it. The internship program is only in manufacturing companies, which gives us a brief idea about them. But the students are not exposed to various career options. The teachers only encourage manufacturing companies.

College Events :

Formulations. It is a intercollegiate event and is a pretty big deal for the students. We do celebrate the Pharmacist's week every year which includes quizzes, elocutions, essays, street plays, etc throughout the week. The annual sports day. Various athletic competitions are held once a year.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structures are definitely feasible. It includes exam fees also. The fee structures are very affordable compared to other stated in India. There various schemes for the students whose family income is low. Then we also have the scheme where the merit students are provided with academic books for free.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are no specific scholarships or loans but there are schemes where the students with low family income get some relief. These schemes are alloted to students according to the merit who have proper documentation.

Campus Life :

The College has average amount of extracurricular activities. It definitely gives us breather from studies. The sports activities are very helpful since it boosts confidence, is fun and the sports person also gets extra points in the final marksheet.

Alumni/Alumna :

The seniors have been very helpful from the day one. The relationship between seniors and juniors is great. The help we got from seniors is commendable. We get to know so many new things from them and helps us learn from their experience.

Admission :

Pharmacy was my first choice. There are only two Colleges in Goa and fortunately I got into GCP. After clearing the entrance exam GCET, I got admission in GCP on merit. Any science students can give the entrace exam for pharmacy because the evaluation criteria is chemistry and physics. The cumulative marks of chemistry and physics are considered

Faculty :

The faculty are the best in Goa. They are ex students of the College itself. So it makes it easier for us to interact with them. Apart from teaching us the curriculum they also train us in answering various entrance exams for post graduation.

Course Curriculum Overview:

While I was in 12th I was planning for neet to pursue a career in medical field but after giving 2nd attempt I failed to get a seat olin medical college and my relatives told me to pursue bpharm course as it was the closest to medical field No in the pharmacy line if educated properly is unemployed The teaching methods should be interactive considering the time given for the semester it is nearly impossible to connect with all the students Nothing is difficult in this course if you study on a daily basis the frequency of exams within 6 months we have to give 2 it ,and 1 main semester exam
