Remarks :

The college infrastructure is poor. The faculty is not stable continuously changing. Rude behaviour of some teachers is not good. Most of the teachers are u experienced. No playground and condition of hostels are poor. Canteens are full of houseflies.

Course Curriculum Overview :

This institute provides MBA in Finance, HR, and Marketing. MBA is of 2 years. First-year subjects will be the same for all the students and in second-year students have to select 2 fields in which one will be major and second will be minor. The curriculum provides industry-specific knowledge to the students and also organises industrial visits so that students can know how an industry works.

Placement Experience :

After completing the first-year students have to undergo 2 months training. For these companies came in the institution and selects by taking an interview. Company's like 'Times of India' and 'Outlook' select students for training. Usually, 5-8 students are placed every year.

College Events :

Farewell, are organises in the college. The fresher party is organised for the fresher who are in the 1 sem. For this senior has to contribute 750 rupees to organises the fresher party. A special guest came to this party. Special dishes are there for the party.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure of GNIM is not expensive as compared to Other. One semester fees are 35000. And if the students want to opt for a college bus service then he has to pay fees for it. Bus charges depend on the distance from your location to College. The college also provides online cash transaction. The additional fees students have to pay are of dress. The fees for dress is 3500.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No, the college does not offer scholarship opportunities to students. The college dont provide any scholarship facility to the students.

Campus Life :

Students in this college come from different states and cities. Many students come from Jammu and Kashmir, Bihar, Nepal, Nagaland. No discrimination is made neither by the faculty nor by the students of the college. All are treated equally. Feeling of love is there. Workshops are there for B.Tech students where they can gain practical knowledge.

Alumni/Alumna :

I dont have any interaction with senior students. But once I heard from one senior student that the college does not provide job opportunities.

Admission :

You dont have to give the entrance exam for taking admission in this college. The admission opens from July to August. I opt for MBA because the MBA has a wide scope in the present scenario. MBA students are needed in each and every field. The factor that made me choose this institute is the location. Institute is surrounded by green trees. And also it is not far from the Railway station and bus stand.

Faculty :

2-3 lecturers are there in my course (marketing). And in HR and Finance the lecturer are 1-2. There average age is 25-30. Lecturers are the employee of an organisation who are having good knowledge and experience of corporate. The lecturer hold industry experience and certification.

Placement Experience:

We have our summer internship process in September and once you are placed, you'll be required to do your internship in April-May-June of the next year. The avg SIP this year was 2,82,000 for 2 months which is basically 1,40,000 per month. The highest stipend stood at 2,00,000 per month and the lowest at 75,000 per month. All the students get placed. So if you are worried that you are not good enough, no need to worry, you'll also be placed at a very good stipend.

After 2 or 3 semester, students become eligible for Campus placements. Deloitte which was the dream company of mostly students of finance field has visited. Average package of our college is 5lpa and highest package is 12lpa as per students skills and company profiles. Minimum 60% is required to sit in a campus placement sessions.
