Remarks :

Since the college is a long-distance education hub you don't have to worry about the standard procedure a regular college follows. You can invest your time in doing something useful and more productive.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The college fee is really feasible and you won't have any problem with paying your fees. The annual fee for the BBA {Bachelor of Business Administration} is just 3750 per annum. Moreover, you can also apply for a scholarship if you want.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes, the college offers a scholarship for the selected candidates. If you want to avail of a scholarship for yourself then you will have to fill a scholarship form. The scholarship is not college level its university level. So it might be a little competition out there.

Hostel Facilities :

No, I have not opted for the hostel facilities, but the college hostel has 6 boys and 7 girls hostel. You can decide on the type of accommodation you want, but the rates slightly differ. The hostels are well maintained and hygienic. The food quality is also pretty average.

Alumni/Alumna :

The college was established in 1979 with a motive of providing a plethora of undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma courses for long-distance education. So the college has an alumni base that is well connected with the college. The seniors are extremely helpful and friendly although physical interaction is limited between juniors and seniors is limited.

Admission :

First, of all the candidates who are applying to Annamalai University, Directorate of Distance Education Tamil Nadu must have a score of 50 percent in the last qualifying exam. I have a score of 85 percent in the last qualifying exam, so I was eligible to apply. After that there was counseling and they released a merit list.

Faculty :

Since its a long-distance education institute there is no compulsion for you to be physically present in the college. However, for studies, you can get in touch with any of the faculty in the institute. All of them are really friendly and supportive. They will actively respond to all of your queries.

There are a lot OC reputed companies coming to the college each year offering a placement for the students whose salary was about 4L-41L per annum. Placement Experience:

At 3rd-year students become eligible for placements on campus where many MNCs and cooperatives come to hire us. The offers made to me were 7 but I wasn't very keen on any. I personally visited 3 and got selected by one. The package offered was high for a freshman and high incentives and training programs were delivered. packages start from lakhs annually .they often have a holistic approach to deliver placement and percentage marks to a certain amount depending on the level and firm you're looking for. My personal plans include running my father's export and retail business and help in the management of the company

Jamia has almost all the courses provided in India. If you had bad schooling marks then also you can take admission in Jamia through entrance which is quite easy as compared to du. Campus is also very beautiful. Faculty is quite helpful. Staff member are also very helpful.

Students have to present the documents along with photocopies after scoring the qualifying marks and post that the college authorities will give you an acknowledgement slip which confirms your admission in the college and can also be used as the College ID until you receive the actual college ID.

Placement Experience:

The college has a placement cell which aims at helping more than 850 students in each batch to secure jobs and provide industry-specific knowledge. The leading corporates, including JP Morgan, KPMG, Deloitte, and Oyo, has participated in campus placement here. The highest salary package offered in 2018. The average salary package offered was observed to be 6 LPA.
