Remarks :
As the concluded remarks I can say college is very good for a studious student and provide the very good environment for the overall development of the student. I am happy that I completed my graduation from this college with honors. If I talk about bad is then not really bad but yes food in the hostel not up to the marks it's just average rest all good.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Really good. Good facilities and resources available, as well as support from tutors. Staff are friendly and highly trained in fields and therefore can be of great help when it comes to assignments. Exam structure by RTU that not good but fair.
Placement Experience :
JIET maintains a Training and Placement Cell to faciitate summer internship and placements by actively interacting with the corporate world on a regular basis. The Cell is playing a role of a bridge between the industry and the student community through meaningful interaction which is intellectually stimulating and brings awareness to the faculty and students to prepare according to the changing demands of the industry.
College Events :
The college celebrates various events like Annual Techno-Cultural fest Resonance, UDYAT, PARIWARTAN, Open House etc. In sports JPL-JIET Primer league, Basketball champions, football etc tournaments are conducted. Apart from these major events, there are many events that celebrated on day to day basis.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
When I get admission in the first year mechanical stream the fee was around 54,000 which includes all the charges. The college fee remains the same throughout the program. There is an option to pay the fee either in installments of per sem or a full year fee.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I have opted for the SAMAJ KALYAN VIBHAG SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME of in which got the scholarship of worth 35000 in my second year and then 42000 in my third year. To avail it I just fill the form on the official site and submit all the documents to the student cell of college. After the further process, its approved and I got the same in my bank.
Campus Life :
The course curriculum is strictly followed as per RTU and other curricular activities are also conducted to bridge the gap between Course curriculum and market requirement. College provides good industry exposure by industrial visits, guest lectures, seminars, entrepreneurship development cell activities etc.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes, In first year and second year I am in Hostal. As I stayed in a hostel the fee for the first year was 90000 with air cooled room on double sharing basis. And for Ac room, it was around 1,00,000. The college fee remains the same throughout the program but hostel fee has been increased around 5,000 per year. One of the best places to stay is a hostel with facilities like free wi-fi, free gym, Internet labs, hostel library, 24x7 electricity etc. Food is just the average rest everything is good.
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes, As the college has dedicated Alumni Cell to conduct all the activity related to alumni like alumni meet, interaction with alumni, internship in the companies where our alumni are working etc. The college has a network of 10,000 plus alumni.
Admission :
I got the admission in my college through Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP). I alloted the college through REAP 2016. That's the general system of any college admission in rajasthan. So that I got admission in Jodhpur institute of engineering and technology, jodhpur college.
Faculty :
The Faculty Advisor provides academic advising and support to advisees from her or his discipline or school. It provides resources and support to all students and faculty.
