Remarks :
Psoitive remark: It was a government college at the time of my passing the college. Negative remark: Its location. You will get me when you will visit the college. Its far from the city and near an industrial area.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course and exam is according to the university RTU, kota. The course of RTU covers almost every source of knowledge an engineer requires. Plus they have some extra subjects that's just there to increase the curriculum size.
Placement Experience :
Well I don't think that the college have any kind of campus placements or job opportunities. Some of the years some random company comes. You cannot rely on college campus for a job. And there is no internship in college.
College Events :
There are many events organised by only students in the college. The college employees does not feel that its their duty to atleast organise some events. They are there just to give permission for student's events.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
For a normal student the fees is moderate. There are some limited seats that have very less fees and they are given to students according to merit. So if any economically backward student want to get that seat, he/she should contact college administration about the merit.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I have no idea of that. But some of my fellows got scholarship i guess from some communities on the basis of merit. You can contact college administration about various scholarships or loan facilities.
Campus Life :
Electrical engineering department had most of the equipments in their lab. If you want to take complete benefit, you should perform all the experiments and check all the equipments because that's a very important part for further company interviews. There are various sports etc in college.
Hostel Facilities :
I hadn't opted for hostel but my friends stayed there. And the hostels were just ok. I'll recommend you to first see the rooms and taste the food of mess before directly taking hostel. Its not too bad, but you should check it first.
Alumni/Alumna :
Senior students were helpful but it depends person to person. Well i got much help from the seniors about starting year's fears about college. And about alumni network, well after graduation, everyone becomes busy in job seeking. Its only been 2 years since I've passed the college. So until now its great.
Admission :
At my time there was an exam called RPET and now i guess its re named REAP and you certainly don't need to give any competitive exam to get admission there, because they have open round admissions also and you can get easily admission in open rounds as most of the seats remains vacant.
Faculty :
Not all the faculties are good. Some of them which are permanent faculties have very good knowledge of their subjects. But you have to suck it out from them. Some of the teachers are too good with the students. But most of the guests faculties are just rude and less satisfied with their jobs.
