Remarks :

So overall the college is average. The Faculty is good but not the experience. Some times there is absence of faculty for 1-2 subjects. The placements are very bad. The extraa activites also poor. Honestly I will not prefer this college to my friends and

Entrance Preview :

I took MHT-CET on 2011 , I scored 63 marks out of 200 , I studied the Cut-off list of previus years and then I opted due to my score matching with thats.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The Course which i selected is one of the best, it has very bright future right now, i studied all the theory related to the course and also did the all practical. College has well equiped , the staff is good but not the best qualified but they teach nicely during whole course, Now there is only 2 or 3 exprience teaching faculty.

Internships Opportunities :

No, they are not providing any kind of internships right now.

Placement Experience :

Honestly my college is not the good one when it comes to the placements. When i was in the final year there is only single compony visited for campus placements so job oppertunities are very bad.

College Events :

College orgnized few good events during the year. There is one technical event called Umung which is orgnized every year during the months jan- Feb. Other events such as Ganesh Utsav, Engineering Day, Freshers party, Send-off, etc also celebrated.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

College did not provides any kind of scholarships and loan facility. the only scholarships students got from the Government and loans from Bank.

Alumni/Alumna :

every year generally around 300 students are passed out from whole college. Very few senior students are in contact with juniors, there is nothing, There is not any kind of alumni network.

LIFE at VIT

Placement Experience:

Students from the 7th semester onwards are eligible for campus placements. Core Biomedical companies like GE, Medtronics, biosense etc and IT companies like TCS, JIO, INFOSYS, CAPGEMINI etc Recruit Biomedical Engineers. Most Biomedical Students prefer Masters over placements. 80 percent of students from selected candidates get placed. I will go for Placements and I will get into post graduation after clearing GATE 2023.

Remarks:

Location is most likely a factor for me. It is closed to my home. And the another factor is that, Different colleges offer different programs with their curriculum. For example, as an Engineering student, I had a set of classes that I was required to take, with little deviation apart from electives.

I haven't experienced placements yet. but yes the deserving students get internship every year. The whole staff of this college is very nice.
