BITS Goa is a highly prestigious engineering college in India with amazing infrastructure and campus. It's the place that has given a number of startups and other opportunities to its students. Here is a general comparison of BITS Goa with DTU, NSUT, and other top NITs based on common parameters

So, BITS Goa is the best option here!
NSUT Delhi has one of the best hostel facilities in North India. There are 4 boys’ and 2 girls’ hostels in total. There are dedicated hostels for boys according to their year. Fresher boys are allotted the best hostel of all, named Ramanujan. Most of the hostel rooms in the boys’ hostels are single-seater.
Each hostel has its own mess. This offers time saving and convenience to the students during the exam season. Ramanujan Hostel organizes many events and celebrates festivals like Holi and Diwali. Hostels are easily available, even to local students. Hostel messes have a 24-hour power supply, and power backup is also available. A common TV room, a table tennis room, two badminton courts and a parking lot are available in every hostel.
Basically, NSUT Delhi offers good hostel facilities to its students.
There is no better branch between EE at DTU and ICE at NSIT. It's all about preferences and inclinations. To help you make an informed decision let's talk about both the branches individually
EE at DTU
ICE at NSIT
In all, both DTU and NSIT have similar opportunities and placements so with the right mindset you can do well at both colleges.
One of my friends faced a lot of issues in the initial years at NSUT. His aggregate for the first 2 years was 50%. He then decided to work hard and made a new strategy. By the end of 4 years, his aggregate increased to 80%. Currently, he is pursuing MS in computer science at the University of Maryland, College Park, USA. Initially, he was distracted by the freedom of college life and the dilemma of choosing MS vs MBA.
Firstly, you need to focus on your studies and target a high score. Stop paying heed to people who say college life is all about fun. College is about realizing a dream and setting plans to achieve them. So, give up on distractions and start working hard to get good grades. He realized that scoring 80+ in college is possible for everyone but because of the ongoing activities and distractions, it becomes almost impossible.
In simple words, all you need is to find the passion within you that will drive you to perform at your level best. Find a good company that motivates you instead of mocking you.
NSUT Delhi placements start at the beginning of August/ towards July end. If you are an expert in coding, you will receive handsome offers from Facebook, Microsoft, Yahoo, etc. Winshuttle, Deloitte, CISCO, DE Shaw, and TI are some other companies that visit the campus for placements.
I know a college alumni who was shortlisted for DE Shaw and TI. But both these firms hired the top two candidates only. He then got selected for Open Solutions but finally became the only one in his batch to be selected by Walmart.
The placement cell does a great job of bringing in the best companies on campus. Like any other college, core companies visit in less numbers. Other than software, analytics, finance, and marketing profiles are offered to the students.
Overall, the placements at NSUT Delhi are quite good but core profiles are offered in very less numbers.
No , honestly, after going through so much hard work and finally getting admission into NSUT, my brother realized that it wasn’t a big deal at all.
In all, you will be very disappointed when you end up in an institute like NSUT after going through sleepless nights to clear JEE. So don’t believe the rumors and fall for the fake brand image NSUT has built to attract students.
Like every other Institute NSUT has its own pros and cons. It enjoys a good location in addition to excellent placement opportunities and a number of societies. However, it has no wifi access and the institute does not have a CGPA system. This affects your future prospects to a great extent.
