If you are looking for employment in Singapore after graduating from a university on the list of Institutes of Higher Learning, you can apply for a one-year (non-renewable) Long-term Social Visit Pass (LTVP). Besides this, there are three kinds of work visas, open to all international students i.e Employment Pass, S Pass, and EntrePass.
