- Eligibility Certificate from KUHS for candidates who have passed the qualifying examination (MBBS Degree) from Other Universities

- Required bonds uploaded to the college website (In Kerala stamp - All the pages should be printed in the stamp paper itself - buy additional stamp paper if required)
