New Delhi: Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) joined hands with JK Tyre and Protean Vidyadsaarthi to introduce the 'JK Tyre Shiksha Sarthi Scholarship Scheme' for the daughters of heavy vehicle drivers in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka state.

As per TISS, female candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for the JK Tyre Shiksha Sarthi Scholarship Scheme online on the official website at vidyasaarthi.co.in. This scheme aims to reduce the financial stress on families in the transportation industry.

The scholarship scheme is intended for a variety of undergraduate degrees and provides financial support ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 25,000 yearly to allow students to pursue their academic goals without restrictions.
