IIT Patna to Conduct FDP on Entrepreneurship Skill Development; Check Details Here

New Delhi: The Department of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Patna) will organise a Faculty Development Program on Entrepreneurship Skill Development from November 22 to December 3, 2023.

The deadline for applying to the IIT Patna Faculty Development Program on Entrepreneurship Skill Development is November 20, 2023.

The registration fee for participating in the IIT Patna FDP program is INR 750/-. There are 50 spots available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The course content is intended to stimulate teachers, PhD, and PG students to learn about entrepreneurship. Participants will be encouraged to become entrepreneurs and will receive answers to their initial questions and challenges. To begin, detailed input will be collected from all FDP participants addressing their questions and challenges.

The course is appropriate for freshmen (undergraduate and graduate students, including Ph.D. students), scientists in R&D organisations, faculty members, and technical professionals interested in this topic. 

The benefits of attending the FDP include increased job opportunities, understanding the skill set required to assess the feasibility of the project through a market survey, prospects of motivation achievement and soft skills development, and developing a business plan and understanding of legal formalities.

IIT Patna Invites Applications for JRF Recruitment

A M.E./M.Tech. degree with a minimum CPI of 6.5 out of 10 or 60% of marks is preferred. The maximum age for applying for the JRF position is 32 years. Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PD shall be granted in accordance with GoI regulations. 

Working/research experience in Signal Processing and/or Machine Learning will be preferred. The candidate would be encouraged to apply for admission to the IIT Patna PhD Program 2023.

Interested and eligible candidates should come to the Department of Electrical Engineering office, First Floor, Block 3, IIT Patna, Bihta, Patna - 801106 with an updated resume and original copies of all supporting documents (certificates, mark sheets, and degrees) on October 16, 2023, at 11.00 AM. 

There will be no TA/DA for attending the interview. By October 13, 2023, the soft copy application in a single PDF file must be emailed to the following email address.
