IIT Patna and ATAL Academy will host a FDP on Deep Learning for Healthcare Management

New Delhi: IIT Patna and the AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Academy will host a faculty development program (FDP) focused on the application of deep learning to the field of Healthcare Management.

As per IIT Patna, the faculty development program (FDP) on deep learning for Healthcare Management will be conducted from September 5, 2022, to September 16, 2022.

The mission of the ATAL Academy is to equip educators with the tools they need to advance equity, access, and quality in higher learning.

All attendees must register through the ATAL site https://atalacademy.aicte-india.org/login, which can include anywhere from 30 to 50 APs, APs, Ph.D. scholars, and PG students from HEIs in the same city within 100 kilometers of the host institute.

IIT Patna, ATAL Academy FDP for Healthcare Management: Content of the Course

The training will address the fundamentals of deep learning in the healthcare industry. There will be a discussion of the many uses of biological signals in domains such as cognitive evaluation and brain-computer interaction. The results will explain the utilization of biological signals in illness prediction and diagnosis.

The course offers a technical examination of fundamental signal processing techniques for de-noising signals, as well as time/frequency domain analysis techniques such as wavelet transformation. Practical biological signal capture and software-based analysis will be the subject of a seminar. Doctors from AIIMS Patna, PARAS hospital, and Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (IGIMS), Patna are also invited to give a presentation and discuss their experiences. In addition, visits to AIIMS Patna and CDAC Patna will be organized in order to see cutting-edge healthcare technology.
