BVR SCIENT centre at IIT Hyderabad in collaboration with the Department of Entrepreneurship and Management at IIT-H will offer a comprehensive array of educational programs
New Delhi: The Telengana Governor, Tamilisai Soundararajan launched the newly constructed BVR SCIENT building and Foundation Week Celebrations. He had announced at the event that the innovation centre will lead way in empowering growing entrepreneurs.
The launch of the BVR SCIENT building of IIT Hyderabad was also attended by Dr. Krishna M. Ella, Executive Chairman, Bharat Biotech International Ltd, as Guest of Honor, and Prof. B. S. Murty, Director, IIT Hyderabad, as a Special Guest.

Telangana Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan said, “The present generation of students is very talented, innovative, and technology-equipped. A school like BVR SCIENT will play a pivotal role in inspiring technologically adept young individuals. I aspire for the students of our nation to become job providers, not merely job seekers. I firmly believe that BVR SCIENT will lead the way in nurturing and empowering young, innovative entrepreneurs for our country,”

The BVR SCIENT centre has made collaborations with the Department of Entrepreneurship and Management at IIT-H to offer an array bachelor’s and master’s degrees, executive education courses, PhD programmes and certification courses focused on entrepreneurship, aligning with the National Education Policy (NEP) of 2020.
Contributions from BVR SCIENT will be made to the programs that IIT-H is already doing, including the entrepreneurship minor, dual degree, MTech, and double major in techno entrepreneurship. It will also work with IIT-H's Department of Entrepreneurship & Management to create new programs, the announcement continued.
