IIT Delhi CEP Invites Application for Design Thinking Certificate Course; Apply till March 06

New Delhi: The Continuing Education Programme (CEP) of IIT Delhi has started registrations for a Certificate Course in Design Thinking and Innovation from February 29, 2024. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their registrations by March 06, 2024. 

As per the schedule, candidates who are shortlisted for the course will receive intimation by March 13, 2024, from IIT Delhi. The online certificate program will take place online for 20 weeks, starting from June 19, 2024. 

Key Highlights of IIT Delhi DTI Certificate Course 2024

The IIT Delhi Design Thinking and Innovation (DTI) Certificate Program is designed to introduce the principles of Design Thinking to those who participate. The course is taught by some of IIT Delhi’s leading faculty members as well as experts in the industry.

The program has been made for working professionals such as Design Engineers, Creative Managers, Art Directors, Product Managers, professionals working in marketing or branding, branding, owners of MSMEs, entrepreneurs, and UX Designers. 

The course will help these professionals develop creative solutions for a diverse variety of customers and use design thinking to scale their businesses and create social impact. As a part of this program, you will also be able to work on projects with some of these industry experts. 

Eligibility Criteria and Fees for IIT Delhi DTI Certificate Course 2024

The eligibility criteria for IIT Delhi Design Thinking and Innovation Certificate Program are as follows:

• A Graduate degree or diploma from a recognized university in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience (Private Sector/ Government/ NGO/ Entrepreneur/ Self-Employed) as of June 12, 2024.
• Application Fee: The fees for the course are INR 1,00,000 + GST. The fees must be paid in two installments of INR 50,000 each.

How to Apply for the IIT CEP Design Thinking and Innovation Certificate? 

Step 1: Visit the official website of IIT Delhi CEP at cepqip.iitd.ac.in/qip.

Step 2: You will find the Certificate Program in Design Thinking and Innovation under the “Upcoming Programs” section. 

Step 3: Read through the brochure for all the details and then click on “Apply Now”. 

Step 4: Log in to the portal and fill in all your details. Keep a copy of the form with you if possible.
