IIT Bombay and Washington University Introduce Executive MBA

New Delhi: IIT Bombay and Washington University in St. Louis recently launched the 9th cohort of the joint Executive MBA (EMBA) Program as well as a Specialised Master's Program in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, and Finance. 

The partnership between IIT Bombay and Washington University aims to increase global graduate education opportunities for Indian students by addressing the changing demands of today's world. The programs align with the NEP and the Higher Education Commission of India Bill. 

The cutting-edge courses are designed to prepare future entrepreneurs for the difficulties posed by Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the rapidly changing business world. 

The launch event was held in the presence of officials of IIT Bangalore and Washington University in St. Louis and featured compelling conversations focused on the topic of 'New Frontiers in Graduate Education'.

Speaking on this occasion, Gopal Shukla, CEO of IIT Bombay – Washington University joint venture, “I view this collaboration as an important milestone in producing world-class talent and future global leaders”.

Prof. Markus Baer, Vice Dean of the Olin Business School said, “The IITB-WashU EMBA has created new opportunities for working leaders who want to balance their current professional priorities with the need for further development or transition to a new phase of their career. The Specialized Master program goes a step further to nurture young professionals who are passionate about specific areas such as supply chain, analytics and finance and guide them into global careers”.
