IISER Thiruvananthapuram to Conduct a SERB Sponsored High-End Workshop

New Delhi:  IISER Thiruvananthapuram is inviting students to participate in their SERB-sponsored High-End Workshop on "Real-life Data Modeling via Statistical and Machine Learning Tools” under the Karyashala scheme of Accelerate Vigyan. Candidates currently pursuing MSc, M. Tech. and PhD courses can apply till December 19, 2023. 

According to the notice released by IISER Tiruvananthapuram, a total of 25 participants will be selected for the event. Selected students will be informed through email by December 20, 2023. The candidates must upload an NOC letter duly signed by the competent authority while doing the registration.

Who can participate in the event?

You must be continuing your BS-MS (4th and 5th year), PG and Ph.D. students. The workshop is specifically tailored for PG and PhD students from universities and colleges seeking a comprehensive understanding of statistical and machine learning tools for data modelling.

You dont have to pay any registration fee to participate in the event. 

What will be provided to the Participating Students?

Students selected for the workshop will be offered travel support (AC 3-Tier) for their journey to and from IISER TVM, as per SERB and GoI norms. Free accommodation and food will be provided for all the selected students for the entire workshop duration.
