UHSR to Conduct Stray Round 3 Counselling for Nursing, Physiotherapy, and Paramedical Courses for AY 2024-25; Check Counselling Schedule here

PT. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, is going to conduct Stray Round 3 offline counselling for admission to Nursing, Physiotherapy and Paramedical courses for the 2024-25 session on November 29 and 30, 2024. The admission will be taken based on CET 2024 score.

UHSR Stray Round 3 Counselling: Documents Required

• Matriculation Certificate/High School Certificate/CSE/CBSE Class 10
• Pass certificate/DMC of 12 standard
• Three copies of the recent passport-size photographs (self-attested)
• GNM/B.Sc. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing including DMC, Registration Certificates, Experience Certificate (if applicable)
• Character certificate
• Residence certificate
• Caste Certificate
• Creamy/Non-creamy certificate
• Certificate of Disability
• Certificate of Dependent of Freedom Fighter
• Income and Asset Certificate for EWS category candidates

Nursing, Physiotherapy, and Paramedical Courses Tuition Fees

Important Instructions

• The candidates who have registered for Round-1, Round-2, Round-3, Stray Round, and Stray Round-2 (Offline) but decided to participate in Stray Round-3 (Offline) do not need to register again.
• Candidates who have been allotted a seat in counseling for Round-3, Stray Round, and Stray Round-2 are ineligible for participation in counseling Stray Round-3 (Offline).
• Candidates who have already "joined" any seat allotted to them up to Stray Round-2 Counseling shall not be eligible for participation in Stray Round-3 (Offline) counseling even after resignation.
• The provisional tuition fee is to be deposited by the candidates before the admission committee during spot counseling, as demand draft in favor of "Counseling and Admission on A/c for (DMER)", payable at Sampla, Rohtak, during the physical verification of documents.
• The draft is to be deposited before the admission committee during spot counseling. Failing this will lead to the disqualification of the candidates, and that seat will be allocated to the next candidate on merit. Candidates are advised to prepare multiple demand drafts. (See Annexure – I for details on fee deposit.)
• Candidate must be present with all originals. Non-submission of original documents will lead to disqualification of candidates.

Candidates (registered or new) desirous of State Quota Seats in Government Nursing/Physiotherapy/Paramedical Colleges would have to pay a security online sum of ₹1,000. For Private Nursing/Physiotherapy/Paramedical Colleges for State Quota Seats, a deposit of ₹5,000 shall be made. Failure to deposit the required security amount means ineligibility to participate in the Stray Round-3 (Offline) counseling. In case of opting for a seat, the security amount will be adjusted against tuition fees. Otherwise, security will be forfeited.
