You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
As per my academic experience, I understood from the various resources that we need a few parameters like dedication towards responsibility, professional ethics and doings, and quality improvement in all the aspects. I emphasize three critical factors that keep me connected with the education sector. I enjoy working towards finding, evaluating, organizing, using, and communicating information during notable situations such as problem-solving. According to me, elementary education is very important for students’s career. Students need to develop a deeper understanding of their degrees. We are not just making the students think outside the box, such as by analyzing processes and facts, but trying to give them a depth of education to be improved rather than the width.

Any insights into how your institute could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?
Generally, our institute is focused on the rural community, and our educational trust offers various scholarships to poor people, similarly, we are implementing a percentage-based fee structure. At the same time, we help the children to get a very good educational loan from the leading bank sector. There is plenty of financial aid for meritorious students and students from economically weaker backgrounds.
What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the institute and the students are?
Of course, my responsibility is highly respected by the management because I have taken responsibility for the brand building for the institution through various aspects like 100% placement to the students and the excellent study atmosphere also we are providing a platform to the teachers for research and development activities, as a head of the institution I ay responsible for the total brand value of the institution.
What do you think should be the Institute’s top priority over the next 10 years?
Our top priority is to make this institute the best research institute and also we will lead our institute as an excellent learning center to meet global competency. We want to provide our students with the right skills and resources to become entrepreneurs by conducting idealization and business plan competitions, bringing in mentors for interested students, and seeking out seed money for potential start-ups.
What would you like people to know about your RJS Institute of Management Studies that they may not know?
RJS Institute is an educational institute run by a very prestigious trust for more than 25 years. But we are lacking in a few areas, and we are working on the same. We are now applying for NAAC and now waiting for NAAC inspection shortly, we have already taken ISO certification for the institution which is also one of the parameters for taking our name outside of the society. We used to organize some kinds of social activities for society to make our institute more vibrant.
Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?
Nowadays students take their learning very lightly as there are so many online programs, but for me, offline courses are generally supportive in comparison to online courses because in offline programs students can learn practically. However, it completely depends on the student, whether she/ he is comfortable with online learning or offline learning.
