You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

So as a role of the key position of myself, a higher position is a role model. Why? Because many of the students and faculty members follow the friendly environment on the campus. Then only it is more beneficial for the students as well as faculty members.


Being the principal of Dr. K.V. Subba Reddy Institute of Technology, what is your philosophy of leadership and how would you describe your leadership style?

My leadership style is to take the opinion of all heads of the departments. That is we can discuss with all heads of the departments and we have to take combined opinions. And whichever is good, then we have to take, then we have to implement it. That is my policy.


Being the principal of Dr. K.V. Subba Reddy Institute of Technology, how do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?

The main strategies of Dr. K.V. Subba ReddyInstitute of Technology has a long run aim. I think because of upgrading the education system, regarding the teaching point of view, regarding the attendance point of view, regarding placements point of view, our aim is in the future we will become a private university. That is our long-term aim.

The education systems in India and other foreign countries are structured very differently. In your experience, what can an inborn student gain from studying here in your college?

That is the main motive of the student is, that is education is the main motive. Education with moral values. Then it is, after the completion of their course, it is useful for the students.


What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the college and students are? 

My role is to get that quality of the teaching, quality of the teaching from the faculty members. Then it reaches the students, automatically, students should improve in their careers.


What do you think should be the university's top priority over the next ten years?

University's top priority? It gives us some input in view of framing the curriculum, in view of changing the syllabus, and conducting some programs. So the university supports us.


What do you see as the principle of K.V. Subbarayan Institute of Technology's greatest strength? 

Our strength is that we run our college in a rural area. Rural area students come and most of the students will be benefitted. It is a major strength to us. And what are the benefits students are getting like background races, economically background races? That is most of the people coming from agricultural families know about the importance of education and the involvement in technical education. And most of the people become entrepreneurs. Most of the students can become software engineers.
