Being the HOD of GIET School of Pharmacy what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

My philosophy of leadership revolves around several key principles: Vision and Clarity: I believe in setting a clear vision for the department, outlining specific goals and objectives. Communicating this vision to the team fosters a sense of direction and purpose. Empowerment and Support: I aim to empower my team by encouraging their autonomy and decision-making abilities. Providing support, guidance, and resources helps them excel in their roles while fostering a sense of ownership. Adaptability and Innovation: In the fast-evolving field of pharmacy, adaptability and innovation are crucial. I encourage a culture that embraces change, welcomes new ideas, and continuously seeks innovative approaches to teaching, research, and practice.
