You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

My main aim is to utilize this great opportunity and work towards the upliftment of the future generation. Consistency and persistence in all my work help me to withstand in the educational sector. Constant learning and the urge to upskill, and to have a deep insight into current trends are the main keynotes to establishing myself as a professional.

Being the Principal of ISSM College, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

I would like to characterize my leadership style as highly democratic. I always try to empower the students. Being open-minded to accepting, reviewing participants, and giving proper guidelines on any decisions, I am not a strict leader. In such a working environment everyone learns from everyone, and the entire department grows under my leadership. In my opinion, in an organization of this size, with so many employees working under me, empowering people and letting them make decisions on their own at any time a situation allows. Of course, it is my role as a leader to make sure every employee understands and values their opinions. My teamwork, team spirit, and adapting and understanding everything with humanity and concern are the style of my leadership.

Being the Principal of ISSM College, how do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?

My strategies are to provide more importance by prioritizing the primary and secondary works according to the schedule and the agenda that I maintain. When it comes to manifesting, showcasing our resources and best outputs for the growth of the institution will be my prime resource for the manifesto. As like everyone knows social media is one of the best tools to advertise. There are a variety of ad formats to experiment with and to broadcast the potential weightage of our institution through meaningful Social Media Ads.

Moreover, families spend a lot of time on social media, and this is a smart and affordable way to build awareness and eventually increase enrollment.

The education systems in India and other foreign countries are structured very differently. In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institution?

When it comes to foreign countries the students are engaged not in specific activities and their hidden talents are nurtured. When it comes to our Indian educational system, we make the students choose a specific course and work constantly towards it. Our institution works in hand in hand process by giving importance to academics simultaneously we organize talent hunt shows, promoting multitasking skills. We bridge the gaps for inbound students.

How does the curriculum of ISSM College ensure the best practices of industry?

The curriculum that is designed for our students by the university under which we are affiliated is a blend of academic, theory, and industry practices. It also provides opportunities for real-time case studies, live projects, and other pedagogical practices to make sure that our students are well-equipped to become the best professionals, industrialists, managers, and leaders. It also grooms up our students with skill gradation courses, open electives, and grade systems, and is much oriented toward laying a pavement between the academic and self-growth of the students.

Any insights into how your university could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

According to me, cultural diversity makes colleges and universities better places to learn. Cultural diversity refers to us as a melting point, the diverse people in and around the world move to live, work, and study. This cultural diversity is a part of colleges and universities, it is also a unique place for innovation, growth, and success. I certainly feel that our university supplies adequate space for students from different races, cultural backgrounds, and people who come from different economic groups. Our university offers a unified and standard model of the educational system which can be adapted by people living across the globe.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the instructions and the students are?

My roles and responsibilities are inclusive of proper planning, and executing the plans facilitating them to learn new innovative ideas. The priority of the college must be to provide them the opportunity to be more independent and to be appreciated and welcomed by all the nations.
