Any insights into how your university could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

A fee Regulation Committee, Andhra Pradesh Fee Regulation Committee will fix the fee structure for every three years. For that, the colleges need to submit their accounts. Likewise, we also submitted and we have only a minimum fee structure so far up to 2022-2023 our college fee is Rs. 35,000 and from 2023-2024 again they revised it to Rs. 43,000 minimum. So, we are running the college for minimum fees only, which are suitable fee structures for rural background people Because most of the students come from rural backgrounds. So, I feel that it is attractive to all communities.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the University and the students are?
