With several years of work experience in academic administration and leadership, he is a well-known educationist and social activist. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Imparting global knowledge and rural students’ education setup”

Education is something I deeply get excited about; the ideas and ideologies that shape our world and closely working with people who are interested in the potential benefit. My passion towards education makes me choose to return and solve the challenge of the lack of educational facilities for children in the region. I believe that education must be dissipated equally at affordable prices to all. 


How would you describe your leadership style?

“Value induction and maintain workforce”

As a leader, the values I exhibit in my own conduct will influence the values of the institute. I always believe that faculty and management adapt to the same vision we all believe. I have a responsibility to set high standards for teaching and learning in the institute with a positive working culture. I try to induce in my teammates a sense of social and national commitments so that they can utilize their knowledge and expertise for the benefit of the Society as well. 


How do you strategize the curriculum and make it befitting for the students?

“Industry advisory and activities for practical learning”

All our department boards have experienced talents who are working in industry and professional institutions across state and country. We discuss our course syllabus with industry pioneers and try to fill the gap by building a bridge, thereby making the students future ready. We are committed to impart quality education by providing all the required physical resources, financial resources, human resources apart from a congenial campus environment. We organize Tech fests, Coding Competitions, Project Expo in college frequently so students get habituated to face the challenges and bring in their analytical skills. Our students are actively encouraged and forwarded to university level and state level competitions, thereby making them understand the real-world challenges and active solutions for it.

Any insights about some new programs you have introduced?

“International associations and specialized Incubation cell”

Apart from the recent collaborations with Stanford University, i2E North Eastern University and APSSDC, New Mexico State University (NMSU), New Mexico, USA our recent developments include ARC robotics Germany tie up, AI ML in curriculum and hands on experience with projects. We are conducting various online seminars for all students and lately we have included CSE in AI Specialization for students. Andhra Technology Business Incubation Center was established by the Honorable Governor to encourage startups from rural areas as well. We are continuously adding building infrastructure, LAB equipment, furniture and other amenities.


How do you tend to establish healthy relations in your college?

“Creating opportunities to discuss and motivate”

I personally feel, to establish healthy relationships in any institute you must surround yourself with a challenging and tricky environment. This helps in following the right approaches for bigger deals ahead. We constantly motivate the staff and management by adapting innovative teaching and learning methods. While we encourage and discuss new things and ideas, we create a friendly environment where everyone is given a moot point for the benefit of students and the institute.


What are your roles and responsibilities towards the student?

“Appropriate learning atmosphere and better assistance”

The students need constant support, guidance and must be valued, respected, nurtured, and supported. We always work on developing a positive culture that students and other community members race to be a part of. By using research-based strategies that work and the examination of qualitative and quantitative data we can improve, we upgrade the skills of the students for a bright and fruitful professional life. 


What do you think should be the college’s top priority over the next 10 years?

“Improving placements and communication for rural students”

We are focusing on data gathering methodologies when it comes to identifying gaps of essential skills and preparing our students for industry readiness. Determining the skills that are in high demand in the corporate world and bringing placements is one of the highest priorities. Enhancing communication skills for rural background students is always our priority and we are trying to ease it by creating modules in the curriculum. Imparting social and cultural awareness and bringing accountability for the tasks are a part of our pipeline.
