New Delhi: The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS Pilani) has collaborated with Iowa State University of Science and Technology to launch a joint (2+2) UG degree programme and shared degree programmes at master’s and Ph.D. levels.
The students for these programmes will be selected by BITS Pilani and Iowa State University will make the final admission choices. According to the agreement signed, BITS Pilani will transfer the students to Iowa State University for a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. The two-plus-two programme will allow the students to complete their initial two years at BITS Pilani and the remaining two years at Iowa State University.
Students who successfully complete the degree completion requirements for their respective programmes will get degrees from both institutions.
