his one-year Master's program prepares you to become an expert in human resources, focusing on the relationship between work, well-being, and performance. You will learn to balance organizational performance with employee well-being through a strong international lens, integrating insights from social sciences and business studies to develop effective HR policies.

Program Structure:

Total Credits: 60 ECTS
Core Courses: 3 courses (24 ECTS)
Elective Courses: 2-3 courses from a selection of 12 (12 ECTS)
Master’s Thesis: (24 ECTS)

The program is divided into four blocks and offers two intake options: end of August (first intake) or end of January (second intake). Detailed program content and course catalogs are available for each intake.

1. Educational Background	- Bachelor's/Master's degree related to work, personnel, and organizational issues (e.g., Human Resource Studies, Business Studies).
	- Basic knowledge in social sciences (sociology, psychology, economics, research methods, statistics).
	- Relevant knowledge in Human Resource Studies (sociology of organizations, organizational psychology, human resource management).
2. English Language Requirements	February 2025 Intake
	- IELTS Academic: Overall 6.5 (min 6.0 in all parts).
	- TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 90 (single test date only).
	- Cambridge C1 Advanced/C2 Proficiency: A, B, or C.
	September 2025 Intake
	- IELTS Academic: Overall 6.5 (min 6.0 in Writing/Speaking).
	- TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 90 (min 21 in Speaking, 22 in Writing).
	- Cambridge C1 Advanced: Minimum 176 (min 169 in Writing/Speaking).
	- Exemptions: Passports from certain countries, completed degrees in English from specific countries, or degrees from Tilburg University/Dutch universities.
3. Application Deadlines	EEA Nationals

	Non-EEA Nationals
