The master's program in Applied Linguistics focuses on the systematic evaluation of language production and reception in the sense of linguistic manifestations in order to carry out different communicative actions in the various text types and genres, in different varieties and registers as well as in different contexts and in divergent media formats. The course enables students to put their acquired skills into practice.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Following are the requirement of the program:
- The prerequisite for access to the master's program in Applied Linguistics is the completion of a subject-related course of study with a standard period of study of at least six semesters, with a bachelor's or other professional qualification.
- Foreign language skills in two foreign languages. One of the two foreign languages must be demonstrated at level B2 of the general European reference framework. The other foreign language must be English with a C-test result of 60 points or an equivalent qualification.
