  • The university schedules classes between 7:00AM and 8:00PM depending on the course, and during winter it gets really difficult to make it to the classes be it early morning or late evening as it is very cold and dark in the morning and the sun sets at about 4:00PM in the evening.

Well structured with great international exposure (~ 34000 students), excellent research facilities and friendly environment.

  • Dislikes:
  • The program is in English and one can complete their studies without any knowledge of German. However, if one wants to attend lectures from advanced courses, they need German proficiency. I wish there were more advanced courses taught in English.

It is located in a city which is student friendly meaning the cost of living is very affordable. There are various student clubs and activities, sport facilities, and quite a few canteens. The weather is not so extreme compared to nordic countries especially during winters. The summer is the best time here.

  • Dislikes:
  • TU Dresden has some extremely restrictive rules and bureaucracy which results in many things becoming way harder than they need to be. For example there is a course called Philosophy of Good Scientific practices. The rules of the course require you to attend each and every class until your group is called for presentation. This means a student cannot do an internship or semester abroad or plan any trip outside Dresden as long as this course is going on. Although the university has many international students, still most events are in German which restricts the international community from taking part in them.

My experience at TU Dresden has been mixed. Though there are some beautiful things about Dresden and TUD, it does lack in certain areas and there is improvement to be done. Nevertheless, as one lives in Germany, it not that much of a rat race and everyone does their Master's at their own pace. Which is better in many ways.

  • Dislikes:
  • There is not much to be disliked about the university. Maybe there should be a standardisation of the difficulty level of subjects and the exams because each subject can feel very different in terms of difficulty.

The defining experience of my life and the time where I think I have grown the most. I have experienced an exponential growth academically and professionally. And personally, being in a new country, working and managing everything on your own makes you grow on a personal level as well equally. Nothing is easy, but it surely is rewarding.

My experience at TU Dresden was amazing. I have learnt many new subjects and gained expertise in various domains.

My overall experience has been quiet good. As an expat student I have got the opportunity to meet students from different International Background's carrying different knowledge experiences and had the opportunity to collaborate with them during the course of study. The Faculty is also friendly and allows students to take semester breaks in between for relaxation purpose. Students get an opportunity to be associated with the high level of research opportunities which are directly granted and funded by the federal government to the University.

The Technical University of Munich is one of the best universities in Germany where you can pursue M.Sc Radiation Biology in English. To apply for this program, you must have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized university and complete the aptitude assessment procedure. You need sufficient English language skills if you wish to apply for this program. Evidence of your language proficiency has to be submitted before the end of the application deadline.

Can I get admission for MSc psychotherapy if I do not have psychology in bachleors

No, you cannot apply for the Master of Science (M.Sc) program in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy without completing a bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related program. You need a recognized university degree that qualifies for a profession of at least six semesters in psychology or a degree from a public or state-approved university of cooperative education in Psychology.
