The program is very contemporary with interdisciplinary studies to choose from.
There's no tuition fees, just a minimal semester registration fee equivalent to around INR 24,000.

The course curriculum is okay. It is moderately updated but could do better. I believe it is extremely theoretical and better for students who wish to pursue a PhD after their Master's. Otherwise it might not be as helpful as what you learn doing internships.
There is no tuition fee. Only administrative 300 euros per semester.

The curriculum gets updated every semester and everything I have studied, I have found direct relevance in my projects and Practical opportunities. The academics are rigorous in any Public university in Germany, TU Dresden being no exception, perhaps even more rigorous. But that is exactly what makes you grow as a person, both personally and academically. The courses are very fundamental and mathematical oriented, so the foundations are very strong and implementing them for the projects/thesis is that much easier then.
There is no tuition fees in German public universities. We pay a semester contribution fee which entitles us free public transport. For us its 304 euros ( its a round figure, not exact ) per semester.

The course curriculum is highly updated and concerns on the students previous knowledge of knowing the basics of mathematics and at least one high level programming languages for coding at an Intermediate level. No industrial experience will be given in the course period but as for the research experience, it is up to the students interest to find a student research position( for which they will be paid as a part time worker) in their desired field and try to gain some experience. Most of the students applying to this course fall for the name of the course as it has Modeling and Simulation in it, but since the course is offered by a TU, the teachings are highly research oriented towards improving or optimizing the backend of a software for their efficient usage on computers (with regard to the computational time) rather than learning to use the same software for modeling and performing simulations on a computer.
There isn't any tuition fees for Master's program Computational Modeling and Simulation offered at TU Dresden. Although there is a per-semester fee contribution of about 300 Euros which includes Students semester ticket for free usage of the public transport and also free usage of rental bikes for an hour.
