Harpreet Singh sanghu Review at IU, International University Of Applied Sciences [IU], Berlin | Collegedunia

My college experience

It was good. The management could have been a bit better in terms of giving us the 3000 euros discount as they have to our other batch mates. Overall it was a nice experience. The professors were cooperative and supportive.

Course Curriculum :

My course was big data with a mix of management. It gave me an insight into the business part of the corporate world along with technical knowledge in data science. It was a smart blend of course. Proved a bit helpful

Placement :

Looking at the current job market, the placement is pretty tough due to Corona and companies financial situation. But if you're talented enough, and you have good skills in your relevant field you can get a job.

Fees :

To be honest, the program was a bit expensive because when you look at the other universities here in Berlin, they are way too cheap. I know that there's no point in comparing when we look at the fee structure because the other part of the world is way more expensive.

Faculty :

My course was big data with a mix of management. It gave me an insight into the business part of the corporate world along with technical knowledge in data science. It was a smart blend of course. Proved a bit helpful.

Campus Life :

Well, when I came in 2019 to Berlin, the campus life was good. The college is organizing some events like Christmas party but after Covid everything. And it seems like there is no college life or events or something going on that keeps the students motivated and socializing.

Hostel :

The competition is pretty tough in Berlin in terms of housing but thankfully college it was a registered college, so I got an opportunity to live in one of these subsidised houses from STW. But now as I'm close to graduating I really have to think about my accommodation
