Fees and Financial Aid:

We have four semisters for every even semester have high than odd like 1st sem I paid 20000and 2nd sem 1700 and 3rd sem 10000 and 4th sem 1700. UGC provides scholorship for first 3 members for merit and 10% of class strength get merit cum means scholorship.in campus MBA management people get jobs through campus interviews and Arts people aware of jobs in different fields.

Campus Life:

Campus environment is full of greenery and peaceful. People gathered everyday in the stadiums and gender gate and 360 . In campus wr can have the large playgrounds like indoor stadium and Rajeev gandhi cricket stadium and football stadium

Campus Life:

University life is good.pondicherry university providing all things for students.they conducting programs, conference, seminars,lectures etc.university students conducting all festivals pongal,onam,ugadi, christmas etc. M com department conducting Akansha program. So many students clubs are there.this all things making a good life for students. In the library also providing to students for good and every books also in library.

Fees and Financial Aid:

In pondicherry university MA Anthropology course have very less tution fees of comparing of her to university. In odd semester we want pay 9,700 money. But even semester pay for only 1700 only.In kerala government providing a E-grantz scholarship for obc peoples. We have no stipends.

Campus Life:

Every year campus conducting pongal and onam xmas everything and seminars Every books are available in our university library In every classroom projector is available Football and cricket and basketball are happening in the campus More student groups are available in campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

I studied art's subject since my 12th time so I'm interested to study more about this kind of arts subjects Teaching method is good.. Postgraduates seems like it's a self study method Exam's timing and frequency is ok ok not bad in my perspective

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fee structure here have in first semester we have to pay around Rs.20000 for admission fees and after that we have to pay around Rs 16000 for the mess fees and also Rs.500 around according to the soft cores and hardcores it varies. in second semester we have to pay again the mess fees almost Rs.11700 and 1700 as semester fees and same for exam fees according to the softcores around Rs.500.In third semester we have to pay Rs.9700 as semester fees and Around Rs.9000 as mess fees and same according to the courses exam fees around Rs500. In fourth semester we have to pay Rs.9990 for mess and Rs 1700 as semester fees and according to courses.scholarships like E grantz ,post matric and those who acquired top 10 they will get scholarships.they are providing international conference those who are eligible they can go for it . interships etc

Campus Life:

Technical festivals are less here but most of the departments are conducting organizations and conferences with other department and even from other countries also. And the university most of the time held conferences with VIP and this time we got an opportunity to meet the wise president. School of management people are having so much program named Akansha and Vanicom it's their department festival in that they are conducting football match cricket match culturals and also seminar sections.there are so many extra curricular activities here sports dance arts etc. some student clubs are there but not that much working. Here we have 24*7 access in campus bt the thing is there is no access to go to reading room after night .they need to open it for that students want to study.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Pondicherry University is among those Universities which provide Anthropology to students belonging to all subject backgrounds. Minimum intake is 45 students and may vary depending on the new curriculum made. Choosing Anthropology has really been an advantage as students get to study human in a holistic perspective covering wide variety of subjects. Choice based credit system is followed and with the NEP there has been new subjects introduced to this field. Students get to work in field in final semester which is field work and are supposed to finish their dessertation upon the same along with viva. There's no much difficulty faced during examination as everything taught in class is asked in exams.

Campus Life:

Pondicherry University is big in size accomodating almost 20k students or more having number of departments from technical, science, arts and fine arts. Provides hostel facilities to both boys and girls seperately for UG, PG and PhD students along with mess facilities . Libraries are available in departments as well as a central library to access for all students in university along with a reading room for all and for physically handicapped people. Student study groups, dance societies, singing societies, sports groups are all active and welcoming for students to join.

Campus Life:

There are number of student political parties where each one of it is actively engaged in countering the real time issues and the social clubs for sports, music, literature are also very active in pu. PU also has a budding queer group when it gives a social building among the queer people.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Fee structure is feasible. The hostel accommodation is free for girl students and the mess fee would go around 12,000 rupees for 6 months. Scholarship facilities are also available at the university and there are campus placements only for certain departments

Course Curriculum Overview:

I went through the syllabus of anthropology which I liked the most and had some idea about this background,hence I opt for this masters The curriculum is decent but I would rather suggest to go for better place for the course There is a room for improvement of course when it comes to the curriculum and lab needs to be operational

Fees and Financial Aid:

1st Scholarship is based on the entrance examination. then according to the semester exam toppers get scholarship Complete cost would be less than 80k in 2yrs of masters degree including mess and semester charges I'm eligible for scholarship for 1st semester for rupees 750/-

Course Curriculum Overview:

In Anthropology students needs to study every subject because anthropology deals with evolution of humans and for this you need to study every aspect of human in history, geography, biology etc. We had several new topics to study in Masters. They were interesting but difficult.

Remarks:

University was established in 2010. In very few years university got praised for their infrastructure. University had different cells to look through several fields like Anti Ragging cell, Training Placement cell etc. Health care unit was available in the hostel for emergency.

Campus Life:

We have many facilities in a No,minal cost so the number of students are quite high So we need to do good in entrance exam to crack it. The gender ratio is not equal but ratio is satisfactory and we need not to be worried about anything. We have different cell which can help students in area where university can help us. We have a dean student welfare who is appointed to help us.

Faculty:

We have very good faculty members. They support us whenever we need their support. Almost all the processor hold a PHd degree. So they are well qualified and have the skill to teach at postgraduate level. We have both new and old teachers so the age varies from one to another. There are different teachers for different topics on one subject.

Admission:

I was always interested in anthouropology and i just love hcu since years and I wanna definitely get into it.So I cleared the entrance exam and got into it.The admission is thourough merit list.There will be councelling for the students in the campus itself and you get admitted as per it.Few courses may include interviews in the admission criteria.

Campus Life:

Campus is a great place for extracurricular activities.Labs are well equipped and well maintained.Sports and the grounds required for sports are well maintained.Students can make use of the facilities academically and extra-curricular ly and can gain maximum out of it.
