Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The fee for a diploma course is 30000 for the entire course. There are scholarships available as per government norms. Some seats are sponsored by the MP Tourism board for diploma courses with some rules. After 1 year of learning at college, we need to do 6 months internship at the hotel which is assisted by the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There was a sponsorship available from the MP Tourism board for diploma courses where we can make our career in the hospitality division of MP Tourism hotels. My batch size is 15 and we get theory and practical exposure. We also have other activities like guest lectures, industrial visits etc for our learning.

Placement Experience:

Placements can be done after the 5th Semester many good companies are there like Taj, Oberoi, Leela, Trident, and Ananta. Many offers are made upon your knowledge and capabilities. The percentage of students isn't that necessary but a normal is to be there.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The fees are very affordable it is 60000 for every semester so if you are a diploma you have 2 semesters if you are a bachelor you have 6 semesters and for the certification course 1 semester. Many scholarship opportunities are there.

Placement Experience:

One of the assuring things about IHMC is the placement process. Your academic performance will decide if you will be placed in a good organization or a decent one. However, there's a fair chance that you will not be getting satisfactory placement. All the top-notch hotels with good packages arrive in the beginning, and some students get placed there with decent packages. But after the drives conducted by these hotels, the quality of placements deteriorates rapidly.

Remarks:

I did one year Diploma course from the Institute Of Hotel Management And Catering, which is regarded as the best hotel management college in India. I have to say I wasn’t disappointed. I already had the experience in the catering business and a certificate from IHMC helped me get a strong footing in the market. I am very helpful for the significant support from the faculty members.
