DYPIPSR Placement 2023: Median Package, Students Placed, Top Recruiters
DYPIPSR Placement 2023 report is yet to be released. However, as per the DYPIPSR NIRF report 2023, a total of 60 B.Pharm and 45 M.Pharm students were placed during the placement drive of 2021-22. The median package offered to B.Pharm Students was INR 2.93 LPA, while the median package for M.Pharm students stood at INR 3.20 LPA.
DYPIPSR Placements 2022: Course-Wise Median Packages
As per NIRF 2022 data, the median package for B.Pharm students for the year 2022 was INR 2.93 LPA. As for the M.Pharm students, the median package stood at INR 3.20 LPA. The following table depicts the year’s median packages offered during the last year three years:

The placement cell of our college is good. Almost all students get placed in good companies like Ranbaxy, Cipla, sun pharma, Glenmark, GSK, and Dr. Reddy with an average placement of 4lakh to 6 Lakh. I plan to clear the NIPEE exam and do MPharm at NIPEE colleges.

In the 7th and 8th semesters, you are eligible for placement. certain leading companies visit our college campus and many students get placed with good package. companies like Wipro Ranbaxy Glenmark sun pharma come to the college.The average package of college is 4 lakh to 6 lakh

Neuvocare - 5 students for business executives get placed. Spring nature solution. Pvt. Ltd. Ascentric research Pune - 1 student for clinical research. The highest package was 7 lakh last year In Cipla also 2-3 students on the post of therapy manager. Almost 60-80 percentage students got placed in best companies. That graph is rising year by year. I want to do masters after my degree completion. Then I will do the job.

Package - 4 lakhs. •Cipla - 2 students therapy manager/ Package - 6 lakhs. This year in the cognizant highest package is 7 lakhs. Almost all the MPharm students get placed in the best companies. The percentage is 70 -80 % are placed in nice pharmaceutical companies. My plans after my degree are I will clear the g-pat and I will do my master and then with completing PhD.

In interview the various activities are done Like Group disscussion,self introduction based upon this package are allow. Yes the institute prepared students for interview.

They also provide 100% placement gurarnted. They have a special Placement cell in college comprising of differnt members including a HR. So they provide you training on how to give the best interview.MAny pharmaceutical companies visit frequently and arrange campus drive like Cipla Dr.Reddys, etc.
