The institute was established in the year 1978 to impart quality education in Pharmacy to its students. It is situated in the city of Sonepat, Haryana. The institute is one of the first, to begin its Pharmacy education in Haryana. It was started by Sonepat, Hindu Educational and Charitable Society.
It offers Diploma, Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in Pharmacy.
Its B.Pharm. program is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak and the M.Pharm program is affiliated to Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. Hindu College of Pharmacy is approved by AICTE and PCI New Delhi alike.

There are some issues about document submission and these should be removed like they will deposit all the original documents so that the option of students for going to another college is less . Also, there is sometimes that no one is answering the phone call for admission inquiry.
I got this college on my EAMCET rank. I kept this college at third preference of the list. I completed counselling and then visited the college for the final procedure and fee payment. The college is good and also have good facilities for students.
This was the best college in our city from pursuing pharmacy. It is basically a college under Acharya Nagarjuna University. Many Local Students join this college. The college is located in city, so it is easy to reach college.
After I completed my 12th boards, I applied for admission here in this college. I had got good results in my 12th boards which is an aggregate of 50% and therefore my application for admission was selected.
I got admission in B Pharma from Hindu College of Pharmacy Sonipat, Haryana.I got 90% in my 12th on basis of which the merit was prepared and I got admission in this college. There is no entrance exam. Intake in B. Pharm course is 60 students. For D. Pharm also intake is 60 students. They also have another course B. Pharm (LEET) 3 years intake is 6 students and for M.Pharm 9 students. For M. Pharm GPAT is qualifying exam and it is preferred.
