The spacious, cutting-edge, Wi-Fi-equipped, and technology-enabled campus of Rathna College of Business Management has all basic and advanced facilities as follows.

Smart Classrooms: The college has developed hi-tech, commodious, and new-gen lecture halls on its campus. The aim is not only to help teachers deliver sessions smoothly using PPT/PDF/Animated Videos but allow students to make the best use of a collaborative and highly productive learning ambiance. All kinds of facilities including LCD projectors, comfortable seating arrangements, ICT devices, and internet.

Library: To instill highly required reading habits in students, and supplement everyone’s subject knowledge with additional printed and digital learning sources, an amazing Knowledge Center has been built in Rathna Institute. This place hosts a huge collection of textbooks, national and international journals, research papers, newspapers, magazines, previous year's papers, and other study materials. There is also a separate space for reading and a section is dedicated to reference books.

Cafeteria: The key objective of this facility is to provide fresh, delicious, and highly nutritious foods, snacks, and beverages to both students and staff members at an affordable price. The canteen is also the space where students come the most, to have informal talks with their peers, and seniors so that they can rejuvenate themselves post hectic classes.

Accommodation: To provide a home-like environment to those students who join the institution from altogether different cities or states, the RCBM has separate hostel facilities for both girls and boys. These hostels are equipped with clean, commodious, and well-developed rooms, 24*7 electricity and water supply, internet facility, recreational space, and other necessities. 

Medical Facilities: Enough arrangements have been made on the college campus to deal with any kind of health emergency related to staff members and students so that primary medical assistance can be provided to them on time. Doctor consultation is also available for whosoever needs it.

Transport: The institution has this service to ensure smooth pickup and drop off of students and staff members from nearby locations of Mysore. All the buses are driven by highly trained drivers, and the security of people is further ensured by security guards who are deployed in each vehicle. 

Auditorium: A highly developed and technology-enabled Auditorium has been built by RCBM to smoothly organize events and activities such as Seminars, Conferences, Workshops, Project Presentations, Debates, Personality Development Sessions, Mock Interviews, and Group Discussions.
