The faculties are extremely knowledgeable and are highly experienced academicians with an experience of over 2 decades of. The faculties are from renowned institutes like Harvard, IIMB, etc. The curriculum with a trimester system keeps you challenged. Industry reports and case studies help you in a great way

The PGDM equivalent MBA programme in this college offers a dual specialization. The faculty-student ratio is healthy as we have 12 - 15 teachers for 180 students across 2 years. The faculties are highly qualified industry experts as well as academicians.
For the batch of 2019-2021, nearly 100% of the students were placed. For the batch of 2020-2022, placements are going very well with the highest package being 22 Lakhs and lowest being 5.5 Lakhs. Some of the frequent and top recruiters are Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Delloite, KPMG, PwC, EY, Reliance, Accenture, TCS and many more.
Because of the high quality of students and the effectiveness of the placement procedure, placements at SJIM have always been around 100%. We have top organisations as recruiters from various disciplines, including consulting, finance, marketing, operations and human resources. Last year alone, 98.5% of students were offered packages ranging from 5.5 to 22 lakhs, with 7 lakhs being the average. Students also received paid internships, with Morgan Stanley's offer of 50,000 being the highest.
Students can apply for placements after their 4th trimester and for summer internship which is for first-year students, they can apply from the second trimester. Top companies like Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, KPMG, Deloitte, and other top recruiters at SJIM. The highest package this year was 22 LPA and the lowest was 5 LPA. The highest Stipend for a summer internship was Rs 50000 by Morgan Stanley. Placements here are 100%, though during pandemic 98% were placed.
All students are expected to do an internship at the end of the first year based on which a subsequent project report is made. Extensive support is provided to secure both internships and jobs with placements being nearly 100% every year.
From semester 4, all students are eligible for applying in campus placements provided they are eligible according to the company requirements. The highest placements are mainly in the marketing and finance courses. The highest package offered was 21 lakhs and everything had an average of 7.5 lakhs. There has been a placement percentage of almost 100% every year.
Every year the college will have almost 100% placement. In spite of the pandemic, it was able to provide 98% placement with the highest package around 22lakhs. some of the top recruiting companies are TCS, Delloite, Morgan Stanley, KPMG, EY, ICICI bank, yes bank, city bank, etc.
From 2nd-year 4th sem students become eligible to sit for placements. Almost 98 to 100 percent of the students get placed by campus placement as many companies come to St Joseph's for offering job opportunities. Morgan Stanley, EY, Deloitte, Bosch, Goldman Sachs etc all offer job opportunities for about 7 to 10 students. The average package is 7 to 7.5 lakhs and the highest salary package offered this year was 22.5 p.a. My plan after getting a degree is to get my dream job through campus placement.

Last year (2021) 98.5% of the students got placed with an average salary of 7 lac p.a. & this year (i.e. 2021-2022) the highesh salary package is 22 lacs p.a, the present placement range from 5.5. lac to 22 lac p.a. The top recruitment companies are Morgan stanley, Goldman sachs, EY, Delloitte, KPMG, Bosch, TCS, etc... And this year for summer internship the highest stippend is 50,000 p.m. by morgan stanley.
