I chose PGDM in marketing because it is a domain that is quite dynamic, and XISS is a good college to choose for this program.
In HR, a few companies provided stipends, while most companies provided internships without stipends.

Dislikes

I have not opted for any loan, but if anyone wants to, they can go to the bank with their documents. Colleges will provide the fee structure that can be submitted to the bank along with other documents

Placement Experience:

Talking about the placement although, I am in the first year itself and I had asked to senior they told me that yes there are get placed but if you are looking for major big companies such as KPMG, Goldman Sachs etc which not come in the college but yes get some good companies to start with.

Remarks:

But yes, Ranchi being a peace loving city, a nature's Paradise with environment/weather that not many city can boast off. It's called the city of Waterfalls & is the erstwhile summer capital of then British Bihar.And yes, dont choose a course just for sake of a degree or just getting admitted to XISS. It will land you no where, but doom your career ahead. Don’t just run behind Brands. Choose what you are best at, success will be paved for you.
