Sahibazada Ajit Singh Group of Institutions Admission 2024: Admissions, Application process

Sahibzada Ajit Singh Group of Institutions offers BBA and BCA at the UG level. Candidates who have passed 10+2/ HSC or its equivalent qualifying examination in any discipline are considered eligible to apply for admission.

Candidates are admitted into the program on the basis of their merit in the qualifying examination.

Key points:

• Special reservation is given to the sportsperson, NCC cadet Group B or C or G-II, National Talent Award Recipients, candidates of Olympians, physically challenged candidates and residents of rural areas.
• Candidates are required to submit their DOB certificate, passing certificate of 10+2, Fitness certificate duly attested by the registered Medical Practitioner during the time of admission.

• Additional benefits are provided to the applicants who belongs to these categories: National Talent Award recipient, any sportsperson, NCC cadets with G-II/ C/ B certificate, physically handicapped, wards of Olympians, and candidates of rural background.

Those who hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or even have a Post-Graduation Degree in any discipline from an AICTE approved University and have studied Mathematics/ Statistics Business/ Business Mathematics/ Business Statistics/ Quantitative Technique at Graduation or 10+2 level are eligible to apply for admission to MCA program.

Selection of the candidates into the MCA program against 67% of the seats is done on the basis of their score in CMAT organized by the Government of Punjab and the rest 33% is filled on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

Key points:

• 33% of the seats come under the Management Quota and is directly filled by the college based on the merit of the applicants.
• Special preference at the time of admission is given to the candidates who are either a sportsperson, or NCC cadet with B/C/G-II certificate, or physically challenged or the one who belongs to the rural area.

Sahibzada Ajit Singh Group of Institutions offers regular MBA to the aspirants. Those who hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University are eligible for admission to MBA.

Admission is given to those who have qualified CAT/ MAT or CMAT conducted by the Government of Punjab.

• 67% seats fall under the Government Quota and are filled through common entrance test, while 33% seats that come under the Management quota is filled directly by the Institute.
• Management quota seats are allotted to the eligible candidates based on their merit in the qualifying examination.
