What's New in SIHS?
SIHS Pune MBA-HHM Admission 2025 is based on the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP). Registrations are open from August 05, 2024, and the exams will be conducted in December. Interested students can register for SNAP Exam 2024.
- For B.Sc., the candidate is required to have passed class 12th with any two of the relevant subjects or equivalent in it.
- The selection for B.Sc. will be done by the institution on the basis of merit in Class 12th and Entrance Test, PI & WAT after it.
- For M.Sc. the candidate must have done B.Sc. in medical technology in the respective specialization or should be a graduate in life sciences with minimum 1 year of work experience.
- The selection criteria for M.Sc. is merit score in Class 12th (science stream) followed by Entrance Test (ET) + Personal Interview + WAT
- For MBA, graduation with min. 50% marks with SNAP test qualification, is necessary for a candidate to become eligible to apply.
- The selection for MBA will be based on the SNAP score and the academic qualifications, depending on which the aspirant will be called for GD, PI-WAT.
- A candidate with MBBS/ BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS/ MD/MS/ graduate from Nursing/Physiotherapy/Medical Technology/Engineering or equivalent will be eligible to apply for PG Diploma.
- The score in qualifying exam followed by PI will be the basis for a candidate getting selected for any of the two specializations under PG Diploma.
- A pass in 12th standard or equivalent with Diploma/ Degree in Allied Health Technology/ Engineering or equivalent or 2 years of work experience in the related field of medical technology is a necessity for the Diploma course.
- The institution will select candidates for this course based on merit.

SIHS Pune B.Sc. Admission 2025
Symbiosis Institute of Health Science offers B.Sc. Medical Technology with six specializations and B.Sc. Radiotherapy. The minimum qualification a candidate requires is a pass in Class 12th with any of the two related subjects or an equivalent of them. The selection will be done on the basis of the marks obtained in 12th standard followed by entrance test, personal interview and writing ability test.

SIHS Pune M.Sc. and MBA Admission 2025
SIHS, offers two courses at Master’s level, M.Sc. and M.B.A.. M.Sc. is offered in six disciplines and MBA is offered in Hospital and Healthcare Management with a duration of two years each. A candidate with B.Sc. in the respective specialization is eligible to apply for M.Sc. whereas, for MBA, a candidate must be a graduate (any discipline) and min. 50% of marks are necessary for being eligible. For getting selected under M.Sc., the marks scored in class 12th (science stream) with ET & PI-WAT will be the basis and for MBA the candidate has to obtain high marks in SNAP test and in academics profile for being amongst the ones who will be called for the further process of GD, PI-WAT.

SIHS Pune PG Diploma Admission 2025
SIHS also offers PG Diploma with two specializations – Healthcare Informatics and Emergency Medical Services. The course is of one-year duration. The eligibility for both the specializations is a graduate in the relevant field. The applicants will be selected for the course on the basis of the marks obtained in the qualifying exam and PI after that.

SIHS offers Diploma course which is for one year – part-time. The minimum qualification for this course is a pass in Class 12th or an equivalent diploma/degree in Allied Health Technology/ Engineering or equivalent or 2- year work experience in this field. The aspirants can fill the application form in the Online and Offline mode depending upon the subject they want admission in. The applying process for different courses is given below. The candidates can make the application by following the given steps for their particular course.
For B.Sc. (Medical Technology and Radiotherapy), MSc., PGDHI, Diploma in Biomedical Instrumentation:
- Click on the official website.
- Click on the link provided on the home page for the respective course you want to enroll in.
- Click on “new registration”.
- Fill all the necessary details and click on “submit” button.
- You will receive the SIHSUG/SISUGPG ID and password.
- Now make the online payment by paying the registration charges of INR 1250.
For MBA:
The candidate has to register for MBA in two steps -SNAP registration and institute registration.
- The candidate has to register for SNAP test by visiting the official website of SNAP.
- He / She has to pay INR 2250/- (+ applicable Payment gateway charges, GST and any other taxes).
- In the same form, after applying for the SNAP test, the candidate has to also register for SIHS
- For this, the candidate has to make a payment for INR 1000/- (+ applicable Payment gateway charges, GST and any other taxes), for each program the candidate wishes to apply.
Note:
The candidate can make the payment through debit card/credit card or through DD. Following are the details for making payment through demand draft:
A demand draft of INR 2365/- (SNAP fees + SIHS registration fees) has to be made from any nationalized bank in favor of “Symbiosis Test Secretariat" payable at Pune”. Along with the DD the candidate has to also attach an advice form duly signed, which he will get from the payment section under “make payment) to the following address:

The payment details of the candidate will be authenticated by Symbiosis Test Secretariat after the payment is made and a confirmation email will be sent confirming the payment. Only after the authentication, the candidate will be able to view the admit card.

- Click “New Registration”
- Start filling the application form by filling the details carefully.
- Click on “Submit”.
- The candidate has to now make the payment of registration fees. It can be made in two forms: online or by post.
- Online: pay INR 750/- by credit card/debit card/NEFT
- By post: get a DD made of INR 850/- drawn in favour of “Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences ( SIHS) payable at Pune. Write your details at the back side of the DD and send it to the following address:

The program which I have choosen is not easily availabe in other universities and their criteria was different, plus I know the faculty at my current college having studied with them for 2 years, thus I know how well they explain the concepts, hence choose the same university

I was preparing for the Tata institute of social sciences mumbai, TISSNET which is the premium college in this healthcare management field and at the same time i appread fo SNAP because of the same exam pattern. And i lost Tiss with 1 mark and cleared the Snap. So because of the brand value i joined here.
Admission:
the admission process is through online you just have to fill the admission form and then u have to pay for the admission form which is of 1250. then you will get tge invitation mail in your email id thats it they will provide every information in ur mail which is about your enterance test and interview.

So the admission happens in two stages. First is a written test called PI-WAT and second is Interview. Piwat is easy and consists of GK, basic sciences, maths, ligocal and reasoning eyc. And then the student has to go through basic computer test for MS office and basic knowledge of making presentations. The interview is more about your achievements and your goal after the completion of course.
Admission:
Well, I had taken SET and then got a call from the institite. Later I visited Pune for the PI-WAT and I was asked a few general questions after which I was told that I can pay the fees. At that very moment I was extremely happy as I thought that I cleared the process on by ability but later I felt depressed by seeing that in a batch of 95 students, there were hardly 13-14 students who had written SET, rest of them had just joined the institute directly by just walking in with their documents and that was the moment I felt cheated by the institute. Also, their official website shows that the intake of students is just 90 but they stuff in all the eligible candidates who come for admissions.
Admission:
No bad remarks of course my review headline itself states "best college experience" I would love to go back to college and relive those days over and over again. DO not miss on the opportunity if you get admission in SIHS. You will definitely learn a whole new level to your corporate experience and aspects of your specialization.

The curriculum and syllabus should be updated as per Market trends. More emphasis should be towards on hands on experience for students or practical training which help them to be prepared to face new challenges in career.
