You will need to provide with your application for admission:

• Whether the chosen program is offered online or in person , to benefit from the France-Quebec or Belgium-Quebec agreement and be exempted from the lump sums normally required of international students, candidates must have a study permit, a certificate of acceptance of Quebec (CAQ) and being in Quebec.

When you arrive in Quebec, you must present:

• Your Quebec Acceptance Certificate ( CAQ ), issued by Immigration Quebec.
• Your study permit , issued by Immigration Canada.
