- I opted for Concordia University as my study destination since it is one of the most reputed universities, known for its quality academic programs. Browsing through the information brochure and the university's home page, I felt that the university with its rich blend of competent faculty, intense curriculum, and cherished history of success, will lead me to attain new heights in my career.,
- The university promotes experiential learning, personalized tuition and development, along with several student support services, all of which are designed to provide the confidence to stand out from the crowd and thrive in the chosen professional field.,
- The university has strong links with the private and public sectors, which would give an opportunity to learn from relevant visiting lecturers with leading careers in their subjects. I choose MEng. in Information Systems Security because it's emerging now and it's really a competitive course. It would contribute to achieve my desired goals.
Accommodation facility is good in Montreal. Rents are bit high in Downtown Montréal if compared to living far away. But, It would be okay if your share the apartments with 2-3 people. Monthly rent is around $1500 CAD for 3 1/2 apartments in Downtown Montréal and this is for unfurnished apartments.

- Concordia University has diversity as well as the program offers curriculum that will be useful in the clearing interviews for the top level organizations. The campus itself is mesmerizing with a library equipped with all the utilities, from study rooms to desktops to group discussion tables, the library has it all.
This is really a personal decision which depends upon various factors like your part time income, lifestyle, adjusting behavior. I am staying in a shared room since the beginning. On an average per month cost could vary up to 900-1000 CAD if you follow a decent lifestyle, else the cost goes up.

- I choose this University because it is one of the best universities to pursue cybersecurity.,
- Concordia University have a very good professors along with the right infrastructure to pursue your desired degree. It have a wide on campus work for students which really helped me balancing my work and study properly.
- Dislikes:
- The Campus stretch of Sir George William Campus is huge but it does not look like a campus , more like a street with lots of building as compared to the other campus of Concordia which is the Loyola Campus.
Overall experience is good as I have learnt a lot of things here like balancing my studies along with the work to take care of my living expense, learning new culture.

To apply for the M.Eng Information Systems Security program of Concordia University you must have taken IELTS Academic and have an overall score of 6.5 with no individual score less than 6.5.
To apply for the MBA program of Concordia Univesity, you must have an undergraduate degree in any discipline with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.3 from a recognized college/university. You must also have a GMAT score of 580 and above plus a valid language proficiency test score in English or French. Along with these a minimum of two-years full-time work experience is required.
The duration required to complete the Master of Computer Science thesis-based program of Concordia University is two year. The university accepts applications for this program in the Fall, Winter and Summer intakes. While pursuing this program you can apply for a scholarship.
