Here at ISU CCEE, They offer bachelor of science degree programs in civil engineering and construction engineering plus master of science, master of engineering, and doctoral graduate degree programs in civil engineering. We maintain externally-funded research in excess of $11 million annually. Additional research collaboration opportunities are encouraged through Iowa State?s Institute for Transportation (InTrans) as well as numerous other institutes and centers that exist on campus.
The department?s more than 40 full-time faculty members teach and mentor both undergraduate students and graduate students. CCEE is committed to diversity among faculty, staff and students who can enrich university objectives in the areas of research, teaching and service.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- Iowa State requires a degree it considers comparable to a US bachelor’s or higher degree from a regionally accredited college or university prior to beginning graduate studies.
- A cumulative grade point average equivalent to a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (B grade) is required for unrestricted admission.
