- Conduct research and complete independent studies with faculty members actively researching a variety of fields, including: artificial intelligence, scientific computing, databases and knowledge discovery, computer architecture, computational geometry, and computer vision.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- Applicants must have passed high school with good grades
- Formal admission to the major requires a cumulative grade point average of 2.00 (on a 4.00 scale) and departmental approval.

- Foreign language
- TOEFL : 80
- Sub-scores for each section of the TOEFL should be 20 or higher
- To be considered competitive, a 90 TOEFL iBT score or above is recommended

- Sub-scores for each section of the IELTS should be 6.0 or higher
