Academic Qualification

• Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is typically required.

Prerequisite Coursework

Applicants should have completed the following foundational courses:

• Three semesters of calculus.
• One to two semesters of physics.
• Statics.
• A basic understanding of geologic principles Some emphasis areas may also require coursework in differential equations, strength of materials, and fluid mechanics.

• TOEFL (iBT or Home Edition iBT): 79.
• TOEFL Essentials: 9.5 out of 12 (band score).
• TOEFL: 550 (Paper-Based).
• IELTS / IELTS Online: 7.0 (composite), no section below 6.0.
• Pearson PTE Academic: 60.
• CEPT Full Academic Test: Minimum:110.

• There are no minimum cutoff scores. However, applicants should strive to have scores in the 85th percentile.
